To make for a more sustainable campus as well as for health and safety reasons, Belmont Abbey College endorses Standards For Living because of our use of Energy Star rated appliances and 'green' business practices. Should students want a microwave oven and/or refrigerator in their room, Belmont Abbey recommends that students rent a MicroFridge combination appliance.

IMPORTANT – Students living in Raphael Arthur Hall (RAH) are not permitted to have a microwave oven in their room UNLESS it is part of a MicroFridge unit.
